AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THIS AUCTION ARE LICENSED CALIFORNIA CANNABIS BUSINESSES AND MUST MAINTAIN AN ACTIVE ANNUAL LICENSE ISSUED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CANNABIS CONTROL (DCC) FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE AUCTION.

Please note that Retail bidders are allowed to bid on unpackaged products, however, Cannabis Auctions can not deliver bulk/ unpackaged products to you. We can either package the product for you for a fee before deliver/ pickup or the product may be delivered/ picked-up by a licensed distributor of your choice.

In person previews are by appointment only. Please note that some auction lot’s may not be able to be viewed in their entirety, therefore, a representative sample of the lot may only be available to be viewed/ sampled.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments are due immediately upon receiving a final invoice from Cannabis Auctions. If for any reason full payment is not received within 7-days of the final due date, the auction lot will be considered abandoned and forfeited and sold to the next highest bidder.

Payment Options: Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, and Cash

TAXES:

As licensed cannabis distributor, Cannabis Auctions is required collect taxes in accordance with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration’s (CDTFA) requirements which includes the following:

• Collect the cannabis cultivation tax from cultivators and manufacturers from which we receive cannabis and/or cannabis products.
• Collect the cannabis excise tax from cannabis retailers we supply (sell and/or transfer) with cannabis and/or cannabis products.

PICKUP & DELIVERY:

Auction lots must be picked up or scheduled for delivery no later than OCTOBER 30, 2021. Payment must be made in full prior to pick up or delivery.  Pickup & deliveries must be coordinated by email at: [email protected] or phone at: 866-822-8420.

If for any reason the auction winner/ purchaser fails to coordinate pickup or delivery of their auction purchases before specified deadline, Cannabis Auctions shall have the right to either store the purchaser’s expense, sell the auction lot to the next highest bidder, or re-list the lot for auction.

TRANSPORTATION FEES:

Transportation services are available upon request. The rate for transportation shall be calculated on a round trip basis from Cannabis Auction to the destination facility and then back to Cannabis Auctions at a rate of 5% of the cargo value, plus $0.60 per mile.
